How To Book a Hotel Room at our property

Booking a hotel is very easy and there is a variety of ways to do it.

Some people love the thrill of the bargain hunt; others want to talk to the hotel staff in person, so they can be sure and arrange exactly what they want.

Then, there are the people who let a travel agent handle it for them.
Also is the easy way of online booking search engine, showing you alternative days and room types when booking.

There are  a few common ways to book a hotel room with us. All of them will require a credit card, in order to reserve the room and secure your rate.

***Since we are an independent property, we do not have the same procedures for booking a room or saving a room as the chain Hotels do.

Directly from the hotel website. Not all information is on the main page; Click on the ROOM AND RATES tab and click on CHECK AVAILABILITY AND RATES link;

if you travel within the next 7 days to date - check our our WEB DISCOUNT link.
  1. Enter the dates for your stay and number of people/rooms.
  2. Search our pages and links for seasonal offers or special promotion (links in our blog)
  3. Choose a room from the search results.
  4. Enter your payment information; at the time of booking we retain a $10 deposit which in case of cancellation is non-refundable
  5. Make sure you get a confirmation number or a confirmation email
  6. Print your receipt - ONLY if necessary

Deal with Hotel directly by calling our phone line, we also provide a toll-free number:
  1. Call us within our business hours (8AM - 9PM) or visit the hotel if you are in the area.
  2. Ask about rates for the dates you plan to visit.
  3. Ask about any specials we might have.
  4. Book the room that suits your needs and make your requests at this time.
  5. Give your payment information to reserve the room and keep your receipt - as a green property, we love to e-mail you the receipt. (we prefer to give you a written confirmation)

Travel agents:
  1.  Visit a travel agent
  2. Review options, offer the agent all details, dates, number of travelers in your group, room type you desire.
  3. Submit your payment info to the hotel staff or ask to talk to them directly.
  4. Always ask for a confirmation (we prefer to send it in writing)

  • We do accept most major credit card, inclusive American Express, and NOW also Paypal payment, personal checks are accepted - Wisconsin state only.
  • We require payment upfront at the time of booking.

General Payment info:
  • For most options, the charges will not appear until checkout. During reservations, the hotel checks to make sure your card is valid. Some hotels may require a deposit and some travel websites may require you pay upfront at the time of booking.
  • When you check into the hotel, a hold is placed on the funds that cover the cost of your room. At checkout, the final charges are put through, along with any room service or other services you charged to your room.

The Small Business Ownership

As the owner/proprietor of a small business, family owned and operated, I realized that we have to keep our patrons informed; I am listing a few items here that should help.

This is more like talking about the disadvantage to our customer and also what it is expected from you - as a customer.

I determine that if I put "
This is a Family Owned & Operated Small Business!" on each or my business page, people might get the idea, that the property is operated differently; and it is.

With such property you can expect that the place has limited staff; hours of operation might be limited as well.

Please review all info on the business page for details of this nature, that will eliminate any confusion that might throw you off, your expectations might be accurate if you will have the knowledge and please DO NOT Make any ASSUMPTIONS - ever, in life.

I don't envision this will crate any inconvenience for you. All it takes is to be informed; ask questions if you didn't have a chance to search for the property's web page.
